The second conceptual design
Visbeen Associates and
GMB Architecture+Engineering created for
Wolverine World Wide's proposed Riverfront Development involved tearing down the existing structures on the property to make room for a new retail outlet and conference center building. Just like in
concept #1, the second concept integrated a retirement village, independent and assisted living facilities, a new home for Rockford's farmer's market, as well as a community pavilion and a riverfront bandstand for summer concerts.
